ZH-B-06 is an efficient bactericide with excellent corrosion inhibition performance developed specifically for the widespread bacterial corrosion problem in oil and gas fields. This product uses environmentally friendly ingredients and combines multiple sterilization mechanisms for sterilization. It has the characteristics of green, broad-spectrum, fast onset, high sterilization efficiency, long duration, and strong resistance to drugs. It has super strong killing ability against sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), total general bacteria (TGB), and iron oxidizing bacteria (IOB) widely present in oil and gas field systems. Due to the innovative addition of corrosion inhibitors (cationic surfactants) in the product, it also has a significant corrosion inhibition effect on H2S and CO2 corrosion present in the system. The use of this product can simultaneously suppress microbial corrosion and acidic gas corrosion in the water system, not only ensuring the safe operation of on-site pipeline equipment, but also simplifying the chemical injection process and improving production economy.
*Usage
Add concentration:
Injection process:It can be continuously refilled or an intermittent refilling process can be developed based on actual working conditions
① Continuous dosing: After the initial concentration is high and the bacterial count is controlled, a relatively low dosing concentration is used, and the effective concentration is determined by indoor evaluation and on-site bacterial analysis
② Intermittent impact dosing: Regularly use high concentration fungicides to sterilize the sewage treatment system. The dosing cycle, dosage, and timing are determined based on indoor evaluation and on-site bacterial analysis, and adjusted through on-site practice
③ Bacterial count monitoring: After adding fungicides to the sewage treatment system, regular sampling should be taken to count bacteria according to conventional methods. The dosing method and concentration should be adjusted at any time to ensure the bactericidal effect of the fungicides

Corrosion inhibitor ZH-B-06 is generally packaged in polyethylene plastic drums, with packaging sizes of 25kg, 200kg, and 1t. During storage and transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and vigorous handling. Please store in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place.
*Safety and Protection
Operators need to take basic protective measures and wear protective equipment, including rubber gloves, protective goggles, and rubber shoes. But if it comes into contact with the skin, it needs to be rinsed with plenty of water, and in severe cases, medical attention should be sought.
